Fabric requirements:
2 1/2 yd of a light background
(38) 2 1/2" strips (Can be scrappy),
Scraps to equal approximately 3 yds., or 12 or more FQ's
1 1/4 yd for an outer border
2/3 yd for binding (can be scrappy),
5 yd. for Backing
