Love a great salad?  This is one of my all time favorites!

Cauliflower Salad

Dressing:

1 c. Miracle Whip

1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese

1/2 c. Sugar

Salad:

1/2 Head Cauliflower (broken up)

1/2 Head Lettuce (torn_

Chopped onion to taste

1 lb. bacon (fried & crumbled)

Combine salad ingredients.  Toss with dressing just before serving.  I will make up the dressing and salad, keeping the bacon in a container and making smaller portions just before serving if you are not feeding a family.
