Start your holiday off with something refreshing, Oh yeah!
Pina Colada Slush
2 (6oz.) cans frozen pineapple juice (dilute with enough water to make 1 quart)
3 (6oz) cans frozen lemonade
3 cans water
1 c. cream of coconut
2 c. rum
Mix all ingredients in ice cream pail and freeze. Stir a few times while freezing. When serving add 7-Up to 2/3 cup slush. Put a chunk of pineapple and fresh strawberry on a drink pick and serve.
What are you doing to enjoy your Independence? I am enjoying spending time at home, relaxing and sewing since my oldest left to go back to DesMoines and my youngest is at the Mississippi with friends. Tonight we will most likely watch fireworks.
