Twilight Hopscotch

Happy New Year! The sun is shining and some of the snow has melted, Yeah! Brightness gives us smiles upon our faces but Jack Frost makes his presence when you step outside. Back inside to cut out a quilt I have been wanting to make from one of my favorite designers, Kim Diehl. Twilight Hopscotch is from her book Simple Comforts. The second project you will see in the store. This book presents itself with 12 cozy lap quilts. Got scraps? This is a companion to using up some of your stash, really!
New Years day I cut and pieced my strips
Now that all the strips are subcut I am ready to start putting it all together. I am using fabrics from Windham in creams and teals. Later this afternoon (Sunday) I hope to have a few blocks together to inspire you to create. Stop again soon!
